Method Note: How We Evaluate

Our approach is evaluated on three axes, not just vanity metrics:

  1. Risk: We mitigate platform dependency. A system built on Meta's algorithm is a risk; a system built on owned audience and community is an asset.
  2. Robustness: We test for shock. Can the system handle a 50% spike in traffic? Can it adapt if a channel dies? If not, it's a campaign, not a system.
  3. Limits: We define them upfront. We will not work with brands that expect guaranteed ROI. We work on probability, not prophecy.

What Would Change Our View: If a client cannot provide transparent data access or insists on channel-based tactics over customer-journey thinking, we decline the project. The chemistry must be right for the work to be right.
